Training For Lucid Dreams ? Article Pure

Lucid dreams are a good way for you to subconsciously control the outcome of your dream or some real life circumstance where you can test different solutions. During lucid dreaming, you are aware of your actions and can hear yourself speaking and seeing certain details that seem more real life than normal dreams. They are also easy to remember and control because you decide the scene, the actors and the script to play out the circumstance they way you want in lucid dreams.

There are no limits to what you can experience when you are lucid dreaming. You can be the star of a romantic fantasy novel, or high action adventure, you can control the outcome or change the endings to what makes you happiest.

Lucid dreams are obviously better than the normal dreams because you hold the reigns in them. You are the actor and the director in them. Sometimes these dreams can be so lifelike that you might get confused that you are dreaming or awake. There are times you need to check that you are lucid dreaming or if what you are experiencing is real.

In a lucid dream, there are certain details that might clue you into the fact it is a dream, such as colors, or items that don?t belong, for example. Much like sleep walking where the person appears to be awake, a lucid dream involves much the same type of feeling without being fully conscious of it.

The possibilities are endless when you are lucid dreaming and many people will dream of lost loves or other people that they wish they could be with, but it is impossible in real life because they are dead in real life, but alive in the lucid dream.

When you understand that you are actually in a dream, then you can direct your dream the way you want. You can be with the person you want and actually start to dream about the person falling in love with you, being with you and even marrying you!

Physically, there is a need for the body to sleep and rest. It needs to prepare for the next days activities.

However your mind often remains conscious on some level, even while you are sleeping, leading to lucid dreams or normal dreams, depending on the level of consiousness.

Dreaming lucid dreams needs a lot of techniques and learning. All you need is some practice, patience and a lot of imagination.

Firstly we must be able to recall whatever we have dreamt and put them down in writing or images. The descriptions of the images must as clear as possible and we should also keep a pen and paper near our bed so that time is not lost and we can put the images down in paper as soon as we wake up.

It is possible the dream will repeat its self and you can finish writing it down. If you document your lucid dreams as you go, you may start to see a pattern develop over a period of time.

Writers will often use this technique to line up their next novel, using some of the scenes and characters from the lucid dream as the basis for the storyline. Lucid dreaming is a good outlet to channel your ambitions to come up with an action plan to make them a reality.

These techniques may become very valuable to writer who may have novel in his or her mind which he or she wants to write in the years to come. Through lucid dreaming he or she may try to form the scenes and characters and the writer may give the novel a suitable ending. Lucid dreaming is an excellent way to provide an outlet to our innate desires and ambitions. This outlet in the end will help us to sort out our plans and ideas.

There are times when we just wake up before time and have nothing to do. This is a perfect time for lucid dreams. You will still be sleeping and dreaming but in your dream you can plan your entire day or plan whatever you want. It may look like thinking but in reality it?s a lucid dream.

Sometimes if we awake earlier than the usual time we may feel as if we were awake all the time and that it was our thoughts that we were driven by. However in reality we were lucid dreaming.

Another quick way of experiencing lucid dreams is to use a modern technique known as binaural beats. This involves using unique frequencies to synchronize the hemispheres of the brain which will automatically put your brainwaves in a frequency which corresponds to the state of lucid dreaming.
