Establishes Innovative New Business Model for Preserving Historic Homes

EUREKA SPRINGS, Ark. ? Nov. 6, 2012 ? Owners Steve and Lata Lovell ? who have lovingly and meticulously restored the historic, 12,000-square-foot Queen Anne Mansion ? today announced the availability of the first 12 ownership interests in the Queen Anne Mansion Preservation Trust Inc., a Private Residence Club. This ?first? for Eureka Springs echoes the momentum of Northwest Arkansas? tourism and development boon sparked by the 2011 opening of the $1 billion Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art in nearby Bentonville.

Established to ensure the long-term viability of the magnificent home and its valuable contents while making it available to those who appreciate this unique lifestyle, the non-profit Private Residence Club is now offering ownership positions with equal interest in the two-acre gated estate.

According to The Sherpa Report, a guide to shared luxury property, ?owners of luxury fractional property buy a share of a single residence that provides them with a couple of weeks to 13 weeks of usage a year. The ownership period varies by development and can be expressed as a fraction (e.g., 1/10) or as a number of weeks (e.g., five weeks). Private Residence Clubs are the upper tier of the luxury fractional market, providing all the services of a five-star hotel together with the ownership.?

In the Mansion?s model, the first 12 Patron Owners of The Queen Anne Mansion Preservation Trust will benefit from privileged launch pricing of $150,000 per interest. A threshold to closing of 24 deposits has been established, at which point each of the owners will begin to have access to the property.

Ownership will afford each purchaser the right to reserve a minimum of 28 nights of annual usage in seven-night blocks. Owners may reserve a single suite, multiple suites or the entire estate, with each suite counting as one night of usage. Additional nights beyond the 28 reserved nights may be enjoyed on a space-available basis to owners and their accompanied guests via the Club reservation system.

In creating this unique model for the Mansion, the Lovells tapped the expertise of David M. Disick, an internationally acclaimed expert on fractional real estate ownership.

The Queen Anne Mansion Preservation Trust Inc., a Private Residence Club, includes the Mansion with its seven private suites, spectacular carved-wood entry hall with its massive central staircase, and exquisitely appointed common parlor rooms. It further includes the Mansion?s extensive antique collection; private, landscaped grounds with stunning Italian marble fountains and extensive stonework; a gazebo; and the Kelley House, the adjacent Victorian cottage where a private spa and in-house management team is located.

Appealing to those with a passion for turn-of-the-century architecture and antiques, the amenity-rich experience of owning at the 1891 Mansion recaptures the gentility, graciousness and civility that is lacking from daily life in the 21st century. Each of the seven exquisitely appointed suites includes a refrigerator with available provisioning, accompanied by daily maid service, turndown service and daily newspaper. Available a la carte amenities and services include dining, spa, airport transfers, laundry, dry cleaning, and daily change of linens. All owner services and amenities are overseen by the concierge and in-residence management team.

A hot breakfast is served daily, cocktails are served Friday evenings, and a gracious Sunday dinner is offered. An experienced chef and team are on-call to prepare any kind of meal from an intimate en-suite dinner for two, to a party in the dining room for up to 14, or a catered event on the grounds for up to 200. The Mansion?s Courtyard Bar is ideal for sharing before-dinner drinks and conversation, or a cold beer while watching the game. The garden level features an intimate media room, while a well-appointed game room offers diversions such as backgammon and chess.

Located at the entrance to historic downtown Eureka Springs, The Queen Anne Mansion is convenient to dining, shops and nightlife, as well as the surrounding lakes, rivers and state parks. A jewel of the Ozarks region of Northwest Arkansas, Eureka Springs is home to more than 400 artists and is a magnet for performing and fine arts. Eureka Springs boasts one of ?America?s Greatest Main Streets? according to Travel & Leisure, while neighboring Bentonville is the only U.S. destination mentioned in Travel & Leisure?s ?12 Hottest Travel Destinations for 2012.?

The Mansion is a member of the National Trust for Historic Preservation to which each owner will be accorded an individual membership. The Mansion is also a member of the Victorian Society in America whose mission is to preserve the United States? extraordinary 19th-century heritage.
