What Windows Server 2012 license do I need for a public website running on 1 CPU 2 Core machine?

I want to run a public website on a Windows Server 2012. The site is written in C# / ASP.NET and uses MySQL for a database server.

The server I want to use is a physical server with 1 CPU and 2 cores.

The website should be available to everyone, and will have an option to login and signup, but that is not required.

What kind of license do I need?

Would this product be sufficient: "Microsoft Windows Server Microsoft Windows Server Standard 2012 x64 ENG 1pk DSP OEI DVD 2CPU/2VM (P73-05328)"?
