"Thaksin is scheduled to visit Japan from Monday to Friday," he said.
Noppadon said the Democrat Party should verify the facts related to Thaksin's visa before initiating an impeachment proceedings against Foreign Minister Surapong Towichakchaikul.
"Don't try to implicate Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra," he said in reference to the allegation that Surapong had Yingluck's backing to request a special entry for her brother Thaksin.
He said the main opposition party should focus on monitoring the government performance instead of being obsessed with Thaksin's movement.
